Counselling

We have a practice counsellor who visits the practice weekly to see our patients.  You can access counselling by self referral to Talking Space Plus, the service that coordinates all NHS Talking Therapies in Oxfordshire.  You can call them on 01865 901222 or refer via their website here

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a form of talking therapy that has been shown to be particularly helpful for people suffering from anxiety and depression.  Talking Space Oxfordshire offer CBT to NHS patients in Oxfordshire.  You do not need to see your doctor to get referred as they prefer you to self refer.  See their website here for details of the service and how to contact them.  They also offer Mindfulness and 5 Ways to Wellbeing.
