Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a form of talking therapy that has been shown to be particularly helpful for people suffering from anxiety and depression. Talking Space Oxfordshire offer CBT to NHS patients in Oxfordshire. You do not need to see your doctor to get referred as they prefer you to self refer.
